WebYes accessibility statement

This is a first version. We have not yet published test results for webyes.nl, so we make no statement on whether the site meets WCAG 2.2 or 2.1 level AA. That is also why there is no overview yet of what works and what does not.

A conformance claim according to the W3C has required components: the date, the WCAG version, the level, a description of the pages the claim covers and the web technologies relied upon. Without that substantiation we make no claim. After the first test we will add the date, the pages tested, the findings and, for each problem, the WCAG criterion and the planned fix.

We aim for WCAG 2.2 level AA. According to the W3C, what meets WCAG 2.2 also meets WCAG 2.1. That is the version the European standard EN 301 549 currently refers to, see EN 301 549 and WCAG at Digitoegankelijk (Dutch). At the first test of webyes.nl we will go through two steps. First we run an automated check with our own scan, the same one we use for customers. Then we go through the main tasks by hand, using only a keyboard and using a screen reader: starting the free scan, creating an account and signing in with an email code, ordering an audit and getting in touch.
